In This Life is a special collaboration between us – Deeper Shades, from Vienna, and Ikechukwu Onunaku, the incredible rapper, singer, and actor from Nigeria.
Ikechukwu’s energy, lyrics, and rhythm brought something truly unique to this track, a deep connection between music, message, and emotion. We first recorded it in Vienna back in 2005, and after nearly twenty years, we rediscovered it and finished it in 2025. The original sessions were done by Andreas Bitesnich and Ikechukwu at Room5Records, and later developed by Deeper Shades (Georg O. Luksch and Andreas Bitesnich). This song feels like a bridge through time, proof that good music never fades.
